Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund (excluding original shipping charges).

Conditions for Returns
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item(s) must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • You must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items such as jewelry (earrings, necklaces, etc.) unless they are faulty. Please check the product description for specific exclusions.
How to Initiate a Return
  • Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at info@veilandco.co within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address relevant to your location (Australia or India).
  • Packaging Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund for the original item. You can then place a new order for the desired size or color on our website, subject to availability.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory management complexities and varying stock levels between our warehouses in Australia and India. Placing a new order ensures you receive the desired item promptly, provided it is in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@veilandco.co within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
